Gentle Yoga & Relaxation

I teach teaches mellow, exploratory classes with an emphasis on deepening self awareness and nervous system regulation.

My classes are inclusive and welcoming, and I have specialist training and over a decade of experience in teaching yoga for trauma, stress and burnout.

As a neurodivergent mother of two small children, I understands deeply what it means to need rest!

Classes include simple, accessible movement which can be adapted according to your physical needs; somatic tools; and opportunity for quietness and rest.

Whether you are completely new to yoga, or have an established practice, you are welcome.
