I strongly believe that yoga is for all abilities, bodies, genders and ages, and enjoy working with students to develop greater movement possibilities, strength, flexibility, posture, alignment, and to help find space and release stress and unwanted tension.
I enjoy using props and offering adaptions and believe that all students should be working with a sense of kindness towards themselves and their own bodies, meeting themselves where they are on the mat. For me, movement is medicine.
My background is in contemporary dance and improvisation, and I use my appreciation of the body, somatic awareness, and my creativity to develop yoga sequences and flows .Expect fluid and creative flows as well as held postures, emphasis on breath work and clear alignment cues.

STRONGER FLOW
Stronger Flow is a dynamic, energising practice designed to build heat, strength, and confidence. This class moves with purpose—blending breath-led sequences, powerful standing postures, and playful transitions that invite you to explore your edge. Expect a more physically demanding flow, with opportunities to work towards trickier poses and deepen your awareness of alignment and control.
Each session includes:
• 🔥 A warm-up to activate and prepare the body
• 🧘♀️ Strong standing sequences and balance work
• 🌀 Creative transitions and optional challenges
• 💨 Breathwork to support stamina and focus
• 🙃 Inversions and deeper stretches to round out the practice
• 🌙 A calming wind-down to restore and relax
While this class offers a stronger physical experience, it still holds space for rest and release—leaving you feeling empowered, energised, and deeply reset.
Not suitable for complete beginners.

MIXED LEVEL FLOW
This class will provide you with the space to connect mind, body and breath. Working with clear alignment cues, the practice includes held yoga poses to encourage grounding, strength and release, alongside fluid, creative sequences that help develop whole-body awareness, openness, and the release of unwanted tension.
You’ll move through all elements of a physical practice, including warm-up, standing postures, balance, flexibility, strengthening and inversions. The breath is integral to the experience, with pranayama (breathing techniques) woven throughout to support focus and calm.
This class will leave you feeling open, energised, relaxed and reset—the perfect way to start your day and ease into the weekend. It is a friendly and welcoming space, suitable for all levels including beginners.
