Over ten years ago, feeling burnt out by the fast-paced demands of the fashion industry, Lex took a leap and travelled to Bali in search of a more balanced way of living.
There, she completed freediving training and, quite unexpectedly, discovered the profound benefits of yoga and breathwork. This experience became a turning point, helping her find the harmony she had been seeking and sparking a lifelong love for the practice.
Since then, Lex’s personal practice has been grounded in the steady principles of Hatha yoga and enriched by the inspired teachings of Forrest Yoga. She is currently expanding her studies through advanced teacher training, including advanced Forrest Yoga.
Lex’s classes are a reflection of her own journey, a thoughtful blend of mindful movement, breath awareness, and moments of stillness, all offered with warmth and care.

This Hatha Flow class weaves together the grounding focus of Hatha with the dynamic, breath-led energy of Vinyasa, creating an accessible practice that builds strength, flexibility, and presence. Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi looking to reconnect, this class is designed for all levels.
Together, we’ll move through flowing sequences, connecting breath with movement, and take time to ground down, finding stillness to stretch deeper and tune into inner calm.
