Class Bookings
All classes must be booked & paid for online in advance of the session. Some drop in spaces may be available but these will be on a first-come first-served basis. Pre-booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
In the case of a class being full, you may be added to the waiting list. Should a space become available, your space will be reserved & held for an hour - within this hour you must log into Team Up & confirm your attendance at the Class, else it will be passed to the next person on the waiting list or opened back up for general booking.
Class Attendance
You must arrive at the Studio for your class in advance of the scheduled start time; late arrivals will not be permitted entry & we reserve the right to give your space to someone else. If you are not permitted entry due to arriving late, you will be marked as a 'no-show' & will not be subject to a refund.
Attendance at a class will not be permitted without prior payment.
We endeavour to always offer the classes & teachers as advertised, however Warrior & Wild reserve the right to make alterations without notice where necessary.
Any personal belongings are brought onto the premises at your own risk and Warrior & Wild does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.
Class Cancellation Policy
All bookings at Warrior & Wild are made under the agreement of our cancellation policy. This is in place to allow us to continue running small classes, giving the opportunity to attend yoga to as many students as possible.
The cancellation window for all bookings is 24 hours. Classes cancelled within this window will be marked as a 'late-cancel' & no refund will be issued. If you do not turn up to a class or are not permitted entry due to a late arrival, you will be marked as a 'no-show'.
Full refunds via payment processor or class credits are available for classes that are cancelled with more notice than 24 hours.
A warning strike held on your account will be removed 90 days after issue. To find out the status of your account, please email info@warriorandwild.co.uk..
Cancellations & amendments must be made by the member through their online booking account. We cannot take cancellations or amendments by email or telephone.
Whilst we endeavour to always offer classes & teachers as published online, occasionally circumstances mean there's a last minute change. In the event that a teacher is changed with less than 12 hours notice, you have the right to cancel your session without incurring the charge or penalty strike. If you wish to do this, you must notify us at info@warrioandwild.co.uk prior to the class.
Memberships & Class Packs
10 class packs are valid for any weekly classes. Express & Pregnancy 5 class packs are only valid for named classes.
All class packs are valid for 3 months from date of purchase & are non-refundable & non-transferable. If your pack expires with unused credits, a single one month extension can be made from the date of expiry for £10, payable at the studio - please contact info@warriorandwild.co.uk to do this.
Monthly memberships must be purchased online. Memberships joined part way through a calendar month will be changed at a pro-rata amount. Regular payments will be taken by direct debit on the first of every month. There is a minimum contract period of 3 full calendar month payments, after which the membership can be cancelled or downgraded with 21 days notice of the next payment date by email to info@warriorandwild.co.uk.
Memberships can be frozen for up to 6 months for a minimum of one month, two times per year, subject to 7 days written notice in advance of the next payment date. Accounts will be frozen from the first to the last day of a calendar month & cannot be frozen part way through a month.
Should automatic payment not be successful, the member will be unable to attend any class bookings until successful payment has been made. Should payment fail to be taken for a period of 30 days, Warrior & Wild reserve the right to terminate the membership. The member shall still be liable for any outstanding payments in line with the terms of the membership contract.
Courses & Workshops
Refunds can only be provided on courses & workshops more than 7 days in advance of the start date, minus a 15% admin fee. For cancellations less than 7 days in advance of the start date, a refund (minus 15% admin fee) may be permitted in case of an illness or injury where a medical note can be provided, or you can find sometime to take your place.
Health & Safety
Due to classes being taken barefoot, glassware is not permitted in the studio around class times.
Footwear should be removed in reception prior to entering the studio.
Our teaching staff are not medically trained & are unable to advise whether a student is in suitable physical condition to attend a class. If you have any concerns about injury or your health, you should seek appropriate medical advice prior to attending a class. You are responsible for your own health & wellbeing for the duration of the class & for ensuring that you are fit & capable of undertaking any physical routines.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the premises.
Conduct & Behaviour
Warrior & Wild reserves the right to remove from the studio or suspend or terminate the membership of any student whose conduct or behaviour is in breach of the Terms or Conditions or whose removal is in the interests of other attendees or members of staff. Any removal, suspension or termination will not be subject to a refund throughout this period.
